  Can the data collected through grey literature have weightage in comparison with other Research Articles?   Abstract Grey literature comprises of the materials and the research produced in the form of conference proceedings, unpublished trial data, Government publications, working papers regulatory data by organizations outside the traditional, commercial or academic publishing and distribution channels. These are the   types of document produced by governments, academic institutions, businesses and industries that are protected by intellectual property rights, of sufficient quality to be collected and preserved by library holdings or institutional repositories, but not controlled by commercial publishers i.e., where publishing is not the primary activity of the producing body This article examines if there is weightage for a research paper if the data is collected through grey literature.   What is in Number? Yes , there is   lot expressed in Numbers. A number indicates/represents a reality. It is measuring the yardstick. Though number is giving only the quantitative measure which does not take into account the quality aspect, but still numbers play a major role in many contexts. most of the research work and their conclusions are based on the statistical inferences which are purely numbers. The application of numbers in research is numerous. It is used to measure the validity of the questionnaire, which conveys that the items in the questionnaire when using Cronbach Alpha should be consistent and should be above 0.7. if this number is not met, it is an indication that there is a need to change some questions or some questions to be eliminated. Therefore, this number is an indicator to make the necessary changes so as to get accurate response from the respondents.
